Grace Dolan serves as President of Sharp Home Electronics Company of America, the consumer products division of Sharp Electronics Corporation. In this role, she leads sales and marketing operations in Montvale, New Jersey, oversees the company’s home appliance manufacturing facility in Memphis, Tennessee, and directs its national customer service organization.

A firm believer in technology’s power to transform lives, Grace is passionate about building meaningful solutions that address evolving consumer needs. At Sharp, she is focused on unlocking market opportunities that fuel innovation-led growth, strengthen brand partnerships, and keep the consumer at the center of the business.

With nearly two decades of leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and consumer products, Grace has held C-suite and senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America, Frontier Communications, and Johnson & Johnson Consumer. Across these organizations, she has led brand transformation, digital innovation, and market expansion, while developing high-impact teams, elevating the customer experience, and delivering measurable business results.

Grace holds a Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
