With nearly two decades of leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and consumer products, Grace has held C‑suite and senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America, Frontier Communications, and Johnson & Johnson Consumer. Throughout her career, she has led brand transformation, digital innovation, market expansion, and cross-functional teams in complex, fast-changing businesses. Her approach combines strategic clarity with a strong belief that sustainable results come from great people, strong partnerships, and a relentless focus on the customer.

Grace holds a Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, their three children, and dog.
